This might sound kinda gay, but if we make a mock tourism/promotional video and we do it well enough, it could potentially be seen by millions of people. Something like the Cleveland town video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ysmLA5TqbIY
In addition, youtube partnership or google adsense for a site could also bring in additional funds.

Actually, this might be a good idea...
But keep in mind, to get grant money, we're trying to keep /b/ / anonymous out of the picture for now...
Moot City might work for now though...
