A couple things
FIRST AND FOREMOST:
>All members MUST contractually agree to abide by whatever rules the town sets forth (barring any that might conflict with state or federal law if we do not get tribal status)
this is very important; if no one follows the laws (rules) of anontown it will fall apart within weeks.
>direct democracy
All issues must be resolved by direct voting, based upon some predetermined majority amount. (eg 2/3, 3/4)
>black and white
One of the biggest failings of our legal system is the fuzziness involved. Laws must be drafted such that there are specific requirements and punishments for breaking a certain law. This way we do not have to deal with the overhead involved in long court battles, nor will we have Casey Anthonys or OJ's
>organized division of assets
We must determine beforehand which land is going to be used for what. Large farming areas will be key in order to sustain the population as well as for the provision of steady work for a considerable amount of people
>jail
Build a jail ASAP to deal with anyone trying to troll the process of getting the town set up. Beyond that, the punishments for seriously breaking anontown law will be either permanent banishment or temporary imprisonment. If a member who breaks anontown law wishes to stay a part of anontown they will be imprisoned; if they don't, they will leave and never come back.
I WILL CONTINUE THIS THREAD LATER, I have to go run some errands

I love how this guy says we should throw trolls in jail. Trolling is an art, not a crime.

Re: A couple things
If someone impedes on the progress of our town then we will jail them with the proper time and severity.
