great info, this is a decent start for sure. What we really need to focus on after the procurement of the property is how and where we will house all of our citizens. One thing I do know is that FEMA is fucking dying to get rid of their modular homes (no not the shit infested ones from katrina) and we could procure those at a very low and decent price.
